Our Beginning

Our story begins in June of 2020, right when the world was realizing the severity of the pandemic. In the face of adversity brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, we dared to dream and embarked on a journey.

Drawing inspiration from our Italian heritage and a deep appreciation for the versatility of grain, Solo Grano (Italian for Only Grain) was born.

We started by crafting thin-crust pizzas, offering a delightful marriage of traditional techniques and modern toppings.



Our Future

However, our love story with grain did not end there. For the past few months we have been in the lab creating the first Bronze die cut egg pasta in Kenya.

After countless hours of research, attempts and love we are thrilled to introduce an exciting range of fresh pasta, fried pizza and starters.
